Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for infotainment products, focusing on display technology, telematics, and in-vehicle infotainment systems. This role involves managing relationships with 3 USA Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), leading a team of five sales professionals, and driving business growth. The position offers a flexible work arrangement with 50% home office and regular travel within the USA to meet with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of three sales professionals, setting targets, and guiding them to achieve sales objectives.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for three large OEMs OEMs, developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the infotainment product segment, focusing on display technology, telematics, and in-vehicle infotainment.
• Customer Engagement: Regularly travel to customer sites across USA to present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and address customer needs.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic insights.
• Product Promotion: Promote our infotainment solutions, highlighting their unique features and benefits to OEM customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
• Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on infotainment products, display technology, and telematics.
• Skills:
• Proven track record of managing large OEM accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within USA to meet with OEM customers.
