Job Summary: Assists guests at the Guest Services Center, providing information and promoting a positive image of the Medical Center...

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of work experience. Preference given to those with university-level courses in communications, psychology, or related areas.

Essential Functions:
• Solves problems and provides information to both internal and external requestors.
• Gives directions to Medical Center visitors.
• Provides information about Medical Center policies and procedures.
• Uses computer system to retrieve requested information.
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with Medical Center layout and services offered

Work Environment: Clean, comfortable, well-lit environment

Physical Requirements:
• Involves standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, finger and hand dexterity, talking, hearing, and seeing.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 100 lbs
