About This Opportunity

The role of the Model and Service Strategy Manager is to optimise business performance by enhancing coordination between business processes and EISS services, applications, and processes.

Along with your team, you will use your business and application expertise to optimise and develop processes in collaboration with the business, supporting complex implementation projects and providing the necessary... framework and documentation for user support and training.

Main Responsibilities
• Training and developing team members to embrace new challenges and technology
• Prioritising change requests with the Business and CIO, considering time, budget, and ROI
• Designing the structure and maintaining toolsets (BPML, Solman, flow charts, end user support / documentation, etc.) and communicating changes within EISS, the business, and external support
• Facilitating application enhancements with the Service Delivery team and third-party providers
• Capturing existing and new business processes
• Simplifying and standardising processes
• Controlling the solution roadmap for SAP, as the core platform aligning business with IT strategy, focusing on cost, prioritisation, SAP releases, and minimising disruption
• Providing standard end-user acceptance testing and automated testing processes meeting business and EISS requirements
• Ensuring governance and compliance with SOX and ISO / ITIL frameworks
• Monitoring quantitative KPIs including zero SOX and ISO deficiencies, open call and change / project backlog at the end of the month, user satisfaction, and ROI
• Monitoring qualitative KPIs including OTIF deliveries, accurate and up-to-date IT service catalogue, and IT service documentation (documents and FAQs)
• Communicating with internal stakeholders, including other EISS teams, Crown EMEA Business Representatives, and Crown EMEA Function Representatives
• Communicating with external stakeholders, including EISS outsourced service suppliers, Crown EMEA suppliers, and Crown EMEA customers

Required Education And Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology (or a related field)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Prince 2 certification

Required Knowledge And Experience
• ITIL Service Transition and Operations
• Business Functional Analysis
• Continual Service Improvements

Required Skills And Competencies
• Expertise in SAP and SAP toolset
• Leadership qualities to guide and inspire team members towards achieving organisational goals
• Proficiency in business case development and ROI calculation to support decision-making processes
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other office software
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and challenges
• Collaboration and teamwork skills to contribute effectively within a team environment
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks, manage projects and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing situations and priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, other languages will be beneficial
• Previous experience of working in the manufacturing industry
