com Job Duties Propose to RSM and CSO the 3 months rolling forecasts for their NA customer portfolio, then collects their revised data monthly the three months rolling sales forecast for NA.
Gather from RSM, analyzes, challenges, and adjusts the monthly forecasts before providing them to Supply Chain.
Optimize monthly sales of aliphatic isocyanate products in NA by assuring the best possible adherence between market demand and Company production.
Assist the NA Regional Sales Director in analyzing sales vs commercial targets and inform the NA Sales team of deviations if any for them to develop corrective actions.
Ensure global alignment together with Supply Chain and Global Demand Manage customer Master data file (customer creation, updates) Manage customer orders (from order entry to invoicing) and Intercompany orders.
Update customer pricing in the system, including rebates.
Manage customers credit and debit notes.
Handle customer complaints DEMAND PLANNER Each month, propose to RSM and CSO the 3 months rolling forecasts for their customer portfolio, then collect their revised data.
Gathers forecast from RSM, analyzes, challenges, and adjusts the monthly forecasts before providing them to Supply Chain.
Optimize the monthly sales by close monitoring of the order book and coordination with the RSM and CSO teams Find solutions for un-forecasted orders and to punctual issues.
Manage regional product allocation plans when needed.
Attend the Global and Regional SOIP meetings, and the monthly DP meeting.
Forecast imported products.
Provide process flow and Incoterms for direct shipments from PCL to US customers Manage Intercompany orders Research and provide customs duties to business for imports into US from other countries.
Optimizes sales for of the month by close monitoring of the order book and coordination with the RSM and CSO teams Follow up the situation of the different warehouses of the region, by organizing and following the sales forecast by entity.
Organize Transfer Orders for the inventory replenishment of the different warehouses of the region.
Tracks import transfer orders to ensure they have proper documents to clear custom.
Works with CH Powell providing documents to clear customs and delivery to plant.
Organizes the annual physical stock check of consignment stocks with RSM and CSO.
Reconcile and approve consignment inventory at each location at end of month.
Follows Budget achievement Follows Global Demand Planner directives and transfer recommendations to RSM and CSO.
Follow the process from Global Demand Planner and makes sure it is applied to keep an accurate and up to date database related to definitions of Customer Groups & Subgroups, attribution of customers to RSM and Regions.
Member of WW SOIP team and participates in monthly meetings.
Pricing Administrator Using Qlik View to track sales and shipments each month CSO - Customer Service Order Entry Management Sales Orders Customer Credits Customer Debits Service Billings Consignment Monitor Order status for Credit Holds.
