• Strong knowledge of the commercialconstruction market in the Northern Virginia / Washington DC MetroArea with established industry contacts andrelationships
• Strategic thinker with aproactive approach to identifying and pursuing new businessopportunities
• Selfmotivated and resultsorientedwith a strong sense of ownership and ability to workindependently
• Entrepreneurial mindset and apassion for driving business growth in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment


As a Director of Commercial Sales & Development youwill be responsible for spearheading our business developmentefforts and establishing strong relationships with potentialclients
• Your primary goal will be togenerate new business opportunities and expand our client basewithin the commercial construction sector in theDMV
• Develop and implement effective businessdevelopment strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansionfor the company
• Identify and target newbusiness opportunities by conducting market research analyzingindustry trends and establishing a strong network ofcontacts
• Build and nurture relationships withpotential clients and key decisionmakers in the commercialconstruction industry
• Generate leads qualifyprospects and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact tocontract negotiation and closing
• Collaboratewith the estimating and project management teams to prepareaccurate and competitive bids and proposals for prospectiveprojects
• Present and showcase the companyscapabilities expertise and value proposition to clients througheffective sales presentations andmeetings
• Attend industry events trade shows andnetworking functions to promote the company and establish a strongindustry presence
• Stay updated on market trendsindustry regulations and emerging opportunities to identify newbusiness prospects and potentialpartnerships
• Provide regular sales forecastsreports and updates to the senior leadership team tracking progressagainst targets and recommending strategies forimprovement
