As a Food Service Team Member, your key role will be supporting frontline food preparation procedures. This role also involves maintaining a tidy dining area and car park.

Personal Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

- Preference for high school-level education.
- Must maintain a neat, clean appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Good hearing is essential for customer service and collaborating with teammates, particularly when working the drive-through.
- Honesty is a must.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and comprehend recipes.
- Basic familiarity with fast food operations and hands-on experience with cash registers and frontline food preparation.
- Attention to detail, ability to handle stress and remain composed in challenging situations.
- Team-player capable of performing responsibilities with minimal disruption to customers and colleagues.
- Physical endurance to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 90% of shift time.
- Proficiency in manual dexterity for efficient and accurate work during peak times.
- Dedication towards ensuring consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Accurate money handling and change-giving skills are necessary.

General Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer contentment via prompt, efficient service, and quality products.
- Uphold high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Consistent portioning of products.
- Knowledge and operation of all equipment.
- Adherence to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Job Training: This primarily entry-level position requires one to three months of experience to attain job proficiency. Work is performed under close monitoring. Average duration of customer interaction under close supervision.

Decision Making Responsibilities: Must be capable to prioritize and respond swiftly to customer needs, dining room operations, and workspace needs in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Working Conditions: Work area might be subject to extreme temperatures and high noise levels at times. During busy times, breaks for food or drink may not be available.

Consequence of Errors: Errors may lead to employee injuries, customer dissatisfaction, revenue loss, or equipment damage.
