ABOUT US  

SQ is a digital marketing agency established in 2000 in Lancaster. As one of the first SEO agencies in the UK, we continue to provide bespoke digital marketing solutions to SMEs and large independent businesses throughout the UK and beyond. 

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to support our Sales & Account Management team in delivering our ambitious growth plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

As our new Sales Administrator, you’ll be able to: 
• Respond to inbound email and telephone sales enquiries promptly and professionally. Provide information about our services, pricing, and information about the agency.
• Process all enquiries and customer requests in the CRM to ensure all leads are tracked and followed up.
• Support the creation of sales proposals and presentations.
• Raise invoices and prepare agreements for new clients.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Account Management team, including scheduling meetings, contacting... clients and dealing with client queries.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Review and send out monthly client reports
• Support the team by attending meetings – preparing presentations, diary and agenda management, minuting meetings etc.
• 'Assisting with Ad-hoc projects throughout the company

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

This position requires a detail-orientated individual with outstanding communication and organisational skills.

Required Skills:
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

KEY DETAILS:  
• Salary: £22,500 – £24,000 per year (dependent on experience)  
• Holidays: 33 days per year, including bank holidays  
• Hours: 37.5 per week full-time, flexible start and finish times
• Hybrid working: Mix of office working and WFH
