The role of Social Media Coordinator, will work under the direction of the Head of School and Creative Director, to ensure that the quality of social media marketing delivered by TPS is to a high standard, resulting in increased brand awareness/recognition and increase in student numbers.

The successful appointee must be able to work with the existing team, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The following areas cover the main duties:
• Responsible for managing all social media channels to better understand engagement and looking for ways to continuously improve this.
• To identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation and growth.
• To learn and work with various types of software for digital marketing purposes.
• To be responsible for capturing photographs of students for marketing purposes (using our system you will know which children have photography consent).
• To create and curate digital content to use across TPS’ online platforms and... grow our social media platforms.
• To review student recruitment and retention, looking for effective ways in which to attract new students and identifying retention strategies.
• To actively partake in any external events within the local community and be readily available for this.
• To be available for one video conference call each week to carry out a post-session debrief and to discuss arrangements for the next session(s) and future plans of TPS.
• To be knowledgeable about the company and its operations to be able to deal with any queries from parents or escalate to Head of School.
• To maintain professionalism by wearing the required uniform, ensuring it is clean, neat, and tidy.
• To carry out any other reasonable requests to meet the needs of the company
