Working with Programme Directors, Henley Business School colleagues, and other key stakeholders, this post supports the delivery of an extensive portfolio of Qualification and Non-Qualification Programmes, ensuring a high quality student experience. This role is initially focused within the Coaching portfolio.

Main duties include:
• Provide first line contact with delegates on designated programmes
• Coordinate arrangements for workshops and other inter-module activities
• Process programme related finance
• Maintain delegate records

Experience of administration in a dynamic office environment
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including senior staff
• Ability to use own initiative and a creative approach to problem solving
• A mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration
