How you will spend your time
As the Global Account Manager for a large Swiss Bank, you will lead the expansion of our strategic client relationship across EMEA, APAC and beyond. Be the driving force behind proposing solutions that transform our client and build a long-term partnership.
• Discovering – lead the team in delving deeply into our client's needs and challenges, fostering a thorough understanding. Gather insights into their organization and ecosystem. Leverage your financial expertise and market knowledge to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities early on.
• Connecting – you orchestrate building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to deeply understand their individual needs and offer valuable insights.
• Inspiring – combine these insights to identify new business opportunities and proactively propose solutions that position us a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Leading – effectively collaborate with all internal and external... stakeholders throughout the complex buying journey, ensuring seamless service, and exceeding client expectations at every stage, from solution-driven consulting to proposal creation, negotiation, and ultimately, successful implementation.
• Accountability - you take responsibility for the systematic development of our client with a clear strategy and by orchestrating all account-related activities and motivating the Zühlke team to excel.

• Banking expertise - drawing from firsthand experience within the banking sector, you possess a comprehensive understanding of its fundamental operations and processes.
• Strong network – you have an active network within the largest banking institutions, fostering connections with key figures including CTO, CDO, CIO, Head of Innovation, Head of Product Development.
• Tech-savvy – you have a strong interest in technological and implementation-related issues in the field of Banking.
• Fluency in German and English – both written and spoken with the ability to communicate effectively.
