Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee an assigned territory and exhibit extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area

• Ensure timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management system

• Coordinate customer/branch relationships and work with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources

• Contribute to the development of value-added solutions for customers' logistics needs, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit analysis

• Facilitate the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork. When required, assist with AR (accounts receivable) collection.

• Attend training and development sessions to continue enhancing selling skills and updating knowledge of Expeditors Product and Services

• Engage in local trade groups, as directed by manager

• Undertake additional assignments as needed, supporting company requirements.
