Position Overview: As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by facilitating the delivery of ABA therapy services to our clients. You will collaborate closely with families, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for families receiving ABA services, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans and goals.
• Schedule Management: Coordinate therapist schedules and client appointments to optimize therapy delivery and maintain consistency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client progress, therapy sessions, and administrative tasks in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with ABA therapists, supervisors, and support staff to align on client needs and ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Family Support: Provide guidance and resources to families on navigating the ABA therapy process, including insurance coverage, authorization, and community resources.

• Experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with special needs and their families.
