WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is an exciting role in an environment that has so much opportunity for an HR professional. This is a hybrid role combining strategic + tactical elements.

Being part of the Regional People & Talent team and work very closely with our North Asia Managing Director, SVP, you will oversee, revamp, and manage regional Talent Acquisition Team while managing the end-to-end TA cycle utilising different tools and accesses for our North Asia region (Korea and Japan). You will need to show up wherever possible while driving the mechanisms that enable a seamless TA process for the talent team, business/ function leads, and most importantly for candidates, as well as advising and executing best practices on talent acquisition strategies and processes. You will also be the key driver on various talent initiatives and embed strong DE&I elements into the TA function to ensure the right Assembly experience is delivered, and elevated.

You will be the face of our APAC region to find and attract top talent for digital marketing and data analytics space to support the growth of the region.

What You'll Be Doing On Any Given Day
• Lead the Talent Acquisition team to build effective sourcing strategies and channels to ensure all talents are hired in time with quality; independently handle end to end recruitment process including but not limited to sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation for North Asia
• Be the subject matter expert and escalation point on all round TA matters i.e. market trend, salary level, competitors analysis across APAC
• Work and collaborate with the regional talent team and business leads to ensure hiring priorities
• Be the face of Assembly to approach talents from your own network, social media channels, and network events
• Work with the team and conduct talent mapping across APAC to build a solid talent pool while ensuring competitiveness of Assembly's offering
• Liaise, partner, and manage multiple recruitment vendor
• Bring in new ideas and upskill the talent team in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
• Collaborate with Talent team in regional Talent Acquisition projects
• Ensure and deliver world class candidate experience
• Ensure the Applicant Tracking System and reports are updated in a timely manner

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU
• 8+ years of relevant experience in recruiting in media/ tech/ digital marketing space
• Strong network in media agencies/ similar space
• Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work with strong sense of ownership
• First class written and verbal communication skills are essential
• The ability to solve problems using own initiative
• The ability to work autonomously
• Positive and cooperative attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a culture with diversity
• Proficient using Microsoft Office software packages
• Korean Native
• Fluent English - reading, writing, speaking, listening all at business level
