Our client is a 50+ year established manufacturer with a great company culture and an interesting industry. This role is roughly 70% Accounting and 30% miscellaneous responsibilities in reporting, general office management . This role is open due to an employee moving out of state, several people have been with this company many years. Would this opportunity interest you?

We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated professional who is capable of performing a wide variety of tasks in a timely fashion for a small manufacturing company. They will be overseeing the management of the business office and bookkeeping functions.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
• Manage the receipt of payment of goods and services as well as the general ledge and financial reporting.
• Prepare month and year end documents and assist with preparation of details for taxes
• Various financial analysis projects and other duties
• Inventory transactions and management, ERP experience required
• Create presentations and reports
• Organize and maintain all filing systems and records retention
• Maintain employee time records by entering data for time worked as well as related vacation sick and holiday time.
• Organize and perform the day to day office operations

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft office, manufacturing software experience a plus

Must be a team player and be willing to multi-task

Excellent analytical ability

Your Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
