• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily evolving calendar of the Executive team, keeping appointments and meetings on time or changing schedules when necessary.
• Develop and maintain a system that alerts to upcoming deadlines on incoming requests or events...
• Develop and maintain a filing system for all relevant communications and documents for the ExecutiveTeam.
• Manage the Executive team's travel arrangements.
• Meets and greets clients and other outside visitors.
• Disseminates written communication to proper departments for follow-up.
• Maintains the schedule of the conference rooms for in-house meetings.
• Coordinates meetings and making arrangements for supplies, technology.
• Order food for meetings and flowers for various occasions.
• Maintain relevant contact lists.
• Composes correspondence of a routine nature.
• Responsible for processing of mail correspondence for the Executive team. Responsible for processingsuch correspondence in an efficient, confidential and expeditious manner.
• Processes miscellaneous requests for reimbursement such as credit card invoices and payments, travelreimbursement, and medical coverage.
• Processes and monitors subscriptions, organization memberships, dues, and ensures that membershipdues are paid in a timely manner.
• Oversees the process through which minutes, notes, and record keeping are accomplished for keymanagement meetings.
• Act as recording secretary
• Act as back up to answering the telephones.
• Willing to perform other reasonable duties the Executive Team will assign to the position.
• Education and Experience:
• Associates level business degree minimum, bachelor's level degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting supporting C-level executives is preferred.
• Computer savvy with advanced level proficiency using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint software.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Attention to detail in composing, typing, proofing materials, establishing priorities, flagging items for attention and meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Professional conduct and discretion exhibited at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities.
• Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must have strong ability to multitask.
• Must work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable interacting with others..

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
