Responsibilities of Dining Manager:
• As the Dining Manager of a Taco Bell restaurant, you'll be actively involved in overseeing daily operations. Together with your assistant managers and shift managers, you'll be responsible for running the restaurant.
• It will be your responsibility to take charge of the entire process of interviewing, recruiting, and instructing employees, as well as performing performance evaluations. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing financials, ensuring that your restaurant delivers the best possible product quality and customer service.
• All tasks assigned to the staff members should be completed efficiently without any negligence and the food served should be of top-notch quality. In addition, the staff should be friendly with the customers to create a welcoming and comfortable environment
• Guaranteeing a secure environment for both employees and clients is a top priority for the restaurant
• Swiftly and proficiently handling customer complaints is crucial for maintaining a successful business and retaining great customer relationships
• Developing and upholding a favorable corporate image within the community is crucial to encouraging brand loyalty and attracting new customers. One way to achieve this is through active participation in local events
• Upholding all regulations and guidelines pertaining to cash management, security, stock-taking, and workforce behavior while also ensuring that personnel comply with them
• Dealing with challenging HR concerns as they emerge, such as corrective actions and terminations
• Records and reports must be kept in accordance with established company guidelines and in strict adherence to state and federal regulations
• Boosting enterprise by utilizing company amenities and resources to aid local entities
• Holding oneself accountable for the financial health and profitability of a business, and being prepared to make necessary adjustments where required
• Guaranteeing that payroll is operating efficiently and that accurate hours are recorded while properly liaising with the head office's payroll department

Qualification of Dining Manager:
• Bachelor's degree a plus Self-motivated, ambitious and outgoing Excellent team-based leadership skills Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills Conflict resolution abilities Proven track record of PL accountability Ability to lead by example and to convey a sense of urgency to staff members concerning all aspects of the business Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent multitasking, time-management and prioritization skills Basic computer proficiency, particularly email and laptop Experience with Point-Of-Sale system a plus Background checks are run on all management employees Must have a reliable transportation
• High school diploma preferred
