Key Responsibilities:
• Transport the merchandise from the delivery trucks to the storeroom or sales floor with caution to ensure its safety.
• Arrange and display the products on shelves in a way that makes them easily accessible to members, helping them to find what they need.
• Aiding in the maintenance and organization of the storage rooms situated in the back.
• Regular inventory assessments are necessary to ensure precise stock levels and support in replenishing inventory as needed.
• A clean and structured work environment is necessary, and this involves the cleaning of shelves, displays, and aisles to maintain order and cleanliness.
• Offer support to members by answering questions, finding products, and recommending products that meet their needs.
• Your safety and the safety of others should be your top priority in any work environment; always follow safety guidelines.

• It is mandatory to have a high school diploma or a similar credential.
• While having prior experience in retail or stocking is advantageous, it is not necessary.
• The skill to move and carry heavy loads, involving boxes that have a weight of up to 50 pounds.
• The capacity to pay close attention to detail and organize efficiently are vital skills.
• Flexibility to function efficiently in a high-pressure workplace, juggling different tasks with ease.
• Proficient in delivering excellent customer service and possessing superior communication skills.
• The ability to work outside of regular business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary for this job.
