Position Summary:

The position of a Kitchen Coordinator within Buffalo Wild Wings is of high significance. It is their duty to prepare, cook, and present menu items to the guests within the established standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation: Utilize cooking techniques and methods such as baking, sauting, grilling, braising, and frying to prepare various meal items uniquely and tastefully.
• Cooking:Utilize kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner as you prepare and serve food orders, including grilling, frying, and sautéing utensils.
• Quality Control: The quality control process is a critical aspect of BWW operations, which ensures the maintenance of the highest levels of food quality and consistency.
• Sanitation: Abide by all the guidelines for food safety and sanitation to keep your kitchen clean and orderly, such as observing proper handwashing and utilizing gloves and following the right cleaning protocols.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks by competently managing stock control, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock, to reduce wastage and preserve product freshness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that orders are completed on time and accurately, through effective coordination and communication.
• Customer Service: To provide exceptional service, it is important to interact with customers on a regular basis, checking on the quality of their meals, and addressing any issues or special needs they may have in a timely manner.
• Safety Compliance: Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations is essential to ensure a secure working environment.

• Experience: Having worked in a fast-paced kitchen or cooking environment before is favorable, but not mandatory.
• Skills: Proficiency in basic culinary skills like cooking and knife handling, along with knowledge of kitchen equipment, are some of my strengths.
• Physical Requirements: Working in this position necessitates the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods, carry things weighing up to 50 pounds, and be comfortable working in a high-intensity and warm environment.
• Education: The achievement of a high school degree or any comparable qualification is highly recommended as a preferred form of education.
