Holden Knight Education Ltd are seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Classroom Assistants to join schools in and around Surrey.

As a special educational needs Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of students and helping them reach their full potential.

Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives.
- Provide instruction in various subjects, such as Maths, English, Science, and more.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance.
- Utilise effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning.
- Monitor student behaviour and implement behaviour management techniques when necessary.
- Provide individualised support to students with special needs or learning difficulties.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and diversity.

Qualifications
- Valid enhanced DBS on update service.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an... educational setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.
- Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is a plus.
