Role and Responsibilities

Jackson Todd Law, PLLC, an estate planning, business, and intellectual property office, is seeking a responsible and consistent administrative assistant. The duties of the position are as follows...

· Answer phone calls, check voicemail, and make phone calls, as appropriate;

· Scheduling appointments for attorneys;

· Intake clients and prepare office for client visits;

· Preparing and storing documents/records;

· Organizing and cleaning workspace;

· Order/purchase/pick-up office supplies;

· Check and disperse mail and coordinate postage and postal services;

· Pick-ups and drop-offs of Legal Documents for Clients and/or to courthouse/Clerk;

· Create branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, advertising, and other social media content;

· Respond to emails and social media inquiries (comments and messages);

· Establish and maintain relationships with clients through networking events and engagement on social media;

· Assist with event planning and content development; and

· Other clerical duties as determined by supervising attorneys
Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED and administrative assistance and/or experience managing multiple social media platforms. Administrative training will be provided both virtually and on-site.

Interpersonal communication, social media management skills, organized, multi-tasking, ability to work independently, and defensive driver
