What You Will Be Doing
• Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation... services
• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
• Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
• Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
• Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

• Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

What you will need:
• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapists
• Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
