Job Summary: As a Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, develop strategies, and ensure business needs are met through technology and process optimization.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough business analysis and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge gaps between current and desired states.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with IT teams... to design, test, and implement technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• English language proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable.
