Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily management of TikTok and Shopee store customer service and after-sales service; monitor after-sales indicators.

Summarize all after-sales and complaint issues of the store, formulate corresponding countermeasures, supervise customer service execution, and interface with customers to reply to messages.

Control store work orders, after-sales orders, negative reviews, perfunctory replies, and negative experiences; supervise the quality of after-sales work; identify issues through indicators and chat content, and provide training and corrections.

Handle order retention actions and scripts, support customer service work, process difficult orders, make temporary decisions, and handle complaints.

Periodically summarize and analyze after-sales issues and return reasons; analyze various after-sales related data reports; regularly feedback the situation to superiors, propose solutions, and implement them.

Write customer service scripts and... dispute processes.

Perform other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above.

More than 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer service.

More than 1 year of experience in customer service management, with automotive parts experience preferred.

Strong communication and expression skills, responsibility, and stress resistance; cheerful personality with positive emotional guidance and influence.

Organized, with a good sense of service and problem-solving awareness.

Able to withstand a certain level of pressure
