Job Description:

As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our web-based software to martial arts schools throughout the United States. This role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Bilingual skills in either Korean or Spanish would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation:
• Prospect and identify potential martial arts schools as target customers.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Provide software training sessions or help customers navigate the software if needed.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to showcase our software solutions.
• Customer Service and Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our software.
• Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and promote customer retention.
• Language Proficiency:
• Utilize fluency in Korean or Spanish and English to effectively communicate with Korean, Spanish, and English-speaking martial arts school owners and customers across the United States.
• Remote Work Flexibility:
• After the initial training period, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home while maintaining high levels of productivity and performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and prospects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Korean and English.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with the martial arts or fitness industry is a plus.
• Korean or Spanish Speaker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
