Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead with a strong background in Sales Hiring and Mass Hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our company's growing needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage high-volume recruitment and drive talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for sales and other high-volume positions.
• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.

Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing... screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview frameworks.

Sourcing and Outreach:
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct headhunting and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

Candidate Assessment:
• Develop and implement assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview best practices and decision-making.

Employer Branding:
• Enhance Thrillophilia's employer brand to attract top talent.
• Promote Thrillophilia as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.

Data and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-9 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sales hiring and mass hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent sourcing skills with experience in using various sourcing channels and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders.
