Position Summary:

The Kitchen Team Member/Cook plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality food to our guests by preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings’ standards. This position ensures food safety, cleanliness, and organization within the kitchen, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Cooking: Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while cooking and assembling food orders, including grilling, frying, and sautéing.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency, ensuring every dish meets BWW’s specifications.
• Sanitation: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing, glove use, and cleaning protocols to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
• Customer Service: Occasionally interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction with their meals, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to provide a safe working environment.

• Experience: Previous kitchen or cooking experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
