Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Extend a warm welcome to individuals who are members, potential members, and visitors, with outstanding customer service.
• Perform all tasks related to the management of the front desk, including reception duties, coordination of appointments, and responding to telephone and email inquiries:
• Greet callers with a warm tone and offer assistance in answering their inquiries.
• Register individuals in the database.
• New member sign-up.
• Give potential members a guided tour of the facility.
• Help members with necessary account updates.
• It is essential to address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. It is a crucial component of providing high-quality customer service. If you encounter an issue you can not resolve, it's important to escalate the matter to an Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
• Help to ensure that the club remains tidy and hygienic.

• Having prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Maintaining a strong interest in physical fitness and overall well-being.
• Being optimistic and maintaining a positive outlook can greatly enhance one's quality of life
• Being on time and dependable is crucial.
• Possesses remarkable abilities in customer service; has the capability to engage in a cordial and proficient manner with clients and colleagues, going beyond their anticipations.
• A keen listener who possesses empathy and creative problem-solving skills.
• Show tact and discretion in every communication and conversation, utilizing appropriate manners and speech.
• A minimum educational requirement of either a High School diploma or its equivalent, the GED, is mandatory.
• Individuals must be at least 18 years old to be eligible.
• CPR/AED Certification required.

Physical Demands
• The task of remaining in a standing or walking state throughout the workday persists.
• Persistent conversation during one's work shift whether in person or over the phone.
• The applicant must possess the physical capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds periodically.
• During working hours, there is a likelihood of coming across harmful chemicals.
