Job Specification

Successful candidates will specialise in developing, growing and maintaining the DTC platforms we work across including Magento, B&Q, Amazon Seller Central, Debenhams as well as supporting the expansion and growth into new marketplaces.

You will report to both the Marketplace Manager and Directors, to play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing and growing existing platforms. Success in this role means there is huge opportunity to develop and grow within the team.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, tenacious and has the ability to adapt and use initiative to support the team. The right candidate will be able to work with large amounts of data and content and attention to detail will be required. The day-to-day role will require optimizing existing product listings, loading new products as well as contributing to opportunities for growth.

Key... Responsibilities
• Create and ensure all product listings and promotions are optimised to the highest standards.
• Monitor site metrics including traffic sources, impressions, page views, conversation rates, channel specific metrics in order to support decision making and strategy.
• Identifying problems and liaise with other employees within the business.
• Work with and suggest tools that will support growth across our B2C site and the various marketplaces.
• Managing, understanding and delving the individual complexities that each marketplace brings.
• Attending and eventually driving account manager meetings and presenting opportunities internally.

Requirements
• 1 - 2 years experience / placement in an Ecommerce / Marketplace role is essential.
• Ability to work cross functionally and adapt to daily changes.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of various platforms such as Magento (Shopify or similar) / Mirakl / Virtualstock.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential in helping search engine optimise product listings.
• Good business acumen and desire to learn about commercials.
• Enthusiastic about e-commerce and sales driven.
• Capable of innovative thinking for problem-solving, adept at prioritising tasks, and self-drive.
• Computer literate and able to show good knowledge of working in Google Sheets & Photoshop (or similar
