Chemical Engineer

As a Chemical Engineer at Dow, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our chemical plants. Leveraging your technical expertise, you'll provide support to plant personnel in various areas, including troubleshooting, yield improvement, safety enhancements, and project management. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and optimize processes.

Chemical Engineer Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering is the minimum educational requirement.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is also necessary.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work permanently in the United States for this position.
• No visa sponsorship or support, including for green card applications, is provided.

Additional Notes:

Comfortably and safely working at elevated heights may be necessary for this role. Candidates should have familiarity with, or be willing to undergo training in, the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment to ensure safe movement and operations at heights. Some Dow facilities are located near navigable waterways and are designated as TWIC facilities under the Maritime Transportation Security Act. Please refer to the TWIC credentialing FAQ and acceptable documentation. If assigned to a TWIC facility, the successful candidate must be willing and able to comply with TWIC credentialing requirements.
