Array is seeking an Accounting Manager to develop and implement improvements and quality initiatives across our growing Accounting & Finance organization, working remotely in the US. Responsibilities Establish and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information for the company. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and procedures. Manage quickbooks enterprise systems, including journal entries, invoicing, customer and vendor details. Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements according to GAAP. Prepare ad-hoc financial reporting for management as needed. Maintain, and help improve, a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Maintain files and records including invoices, bills, receipts, reports, etc. Assist with Accounts Receivable processes including collections and client communications Generate accounting and audit reports for cash receipts, accounts payable and receivable, expenditures, and profits and losses. Reconcile and report differences or issues found in financial records. Responsible for revenue and expenditure variance analysis as well as capital asset reconciliation. Comply with local, state, and federal government requirements. Implements training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff. Oversee the system of internal controls over Accounting functions to minimize risk. Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures. Collaborate with GMs, Product, Sales, People, and Engineering Departments for financial reporting and strategic analysis Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (with CPA preferred). 6
years of relevant accounting experience, across Big 4 and industry, including mastery of accounting and tax preparation software. Certified Public Accountant designation is highly preferred. Familiarity with Quickbooks A highly analytical and innovative approach to problem solving, with a demonstrated track record of process improvement. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience partnering with international functions and teams is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to maintain accuracy in work products and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis. Experience in managing cross-border (international) transfer pricing between entities.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
