Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Product Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with some experience in electrical and hydraulic systems. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, showcasing leadership and management skills. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for guiding the team in designing, developing, and enhancing our product offerings to meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Product Development Team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of new products and improvements to existing products, with a strong focus on mechanical engineering principles.
• Integrate electrical and hydraulic systems into product designs where necessary, leveraging your knowledge and experience in these areas.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the product development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to align product development efforts with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, reporting progress and challenges to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or product development role.
• Strong mechanical engineering background with experience in product design and development.
• Some experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, with the ability to integrate these into mechanical designs.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in product development.
