I'm currently looking for German speakers for Administration- back office or customer service roles in Dusseldorf, Germany,

Who we are looking for?
• Someone who can speak Fluent German
• You're someone who wants to learn, progress and develop your career
• Someone with previous experience in an office environment, recent graduate are also welcome,

Administrative Assistant:
• Oversee the distribution and return of executed leases within given timeframes.
• Ensure errors in lease amendments are kept to a minimum.
• Working to deadlines assigned by the Company with the highest amount of attention to detail.
• Prepare diverse amendments to lease agreements as re-negotiated by the Lease Consultants.
• Review signed agreements returned by the landlord to ensure their accuracy and that all necessary documentation is provided.
• Liaise with other departments to correct possible errors.

Customer service:
• Communicate with landlords via telephone and email: incoming and outgoing calls... attempting to contact landlords, and sending or checking emails to/from landlords.
• Preparing for a Landlord Call: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the Internet, and other sources.
• Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.

Benefits and Salary:

Salary: €30,000 -35,000 + Performance bonus

Location: Dusseldorf Hybrid

Terms: Full-time, permanent contract
