The Sales Manager for Existing Sales is a member of the Management Team and must demonstrate the ability to lead, mentor and communicate effectively. This role is responsible for all activities related to managing tactical sales efforts and achieving software sales objectives within our existing customer base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering software revenue, maintaining adequate staffing and tenure levels, and monitoring individual and team sales activity supportive of the company’s financial plan.

You will have competitive salary and unlimited earnings, including accelerators and Presidents Club for over achievement of sales goals.

This is a REMOTE/HYBRID OPPORTUNITY based upon location.

The Sales Manager Will Focus On
• Meeting or exceeding team sales quotas.
• Managing all sales efforts, including the selling activities of the sales team and ensuring a robust sales funnel.
• Developing and running weekly sales meetings and educational activities to improve competitive and business process knowledge as well as professional selling skills of the team.
• Driving the implementation and adoption of Sales Enablement methodology.
• Supervising personnel including recommendations for hiring, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
• Facilitating a strong and productive working relationship between the sales team and other departments including marketing and professional services.
• Participate in the development of operating goals and objectives for the sales team; recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance sales activity and productivity.
• Ensuring the team provides customer satisfaction to the best of their ability and gets ahead of issues early.

A Sales Manager Will Require
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of building and managing a sales team for a successful software or technology services company selling to enterprise level businesses required
• 5+ years of managing client accounts and showing consistent performance achievement required
• Experience supervising and/or training a sales team
• Experience in EDI and/or Supply Chain is required
• Proven overperformance in exceeding sales quota
• Must have exhibited proficiency using e-mail and NetSuite (or a similar CRM system)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of EDI a plus
• Willingness to dedicate extra effort beyond normal working hours
