Overview

The Quality Control Manager (QCM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products and processes within the organization. They are responsible for overseeing quality control activities, implementing quality assurance measures, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize processes and minimize risks. The QCM collaborates with cross-functional teams to uphold industry regulations and standards, striving for excellence in product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality control systems and protocols
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify non-conformities
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and root cause analyses
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
• Manage the quality control team and provide training and guidance
• Oversee testing procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in quality management software and MS Office applications
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards in quality management
