Job Title: Site Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the site, managing staff, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the site
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain site security
- Oversee maintenance of buildings and equipment
- Develop and implement site policies and procedures
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to educate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
