OFFICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
• Office administration (ensuring the office is functional and comfortable for the team including dealing with service providers);
• Book-keepingand filing;
• Assistwith collection, processing and filing of financial documentation
• Assistwith maintaining Asset register
• Ensuringthat office repairs and maintenance are reported and worked on timely
• Participatein Procurement, present in the Procurement evaluation committee
• Assetsutilization management and record keeping, keeping of inventory
• Supportadministration and logistics of the project office

Requirements:
• Minimum of a full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Mustbe fluent in written and spoken... English
• Mustbe flexible in work duties and cultural sensitive.
• Mustbe computer literate, and able to work with office machines.
• Previousexperience working in an office environment is desirable.
• Abilityto work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Musthave excellent interpersonal skills and good morals.
• Performother duties as required.

Starting date: June 2019

Duty station: Mongu District, Western Province, Zambia
