Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree required

A minimum of two (2) Years Healthcare recruitment experience and knowledge of healthcare applicant sourcing techniques, preferred.

Current RN licensure with South Carolina Board of Nursing, highly preferred.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, required.

Certification in Healthcare Recruiting, preferred.


Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentations.

Knowledge regarding nursing unit operations and demonstrate ability to utilize the nursing process as required.

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the goals of the organization.

Exceptional detail and follow-through skills.

Ability to influence potential applicants and others.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Ability to be resourceful and maintain flexibility.

Ability to use various types of data to guide in decision-making.

Ability to work with diverse teams.

Ability to assist in resolving conflicts and diffuse stressful situations.

Ability to maintain objectivity and remain calm in complex situations.
