Your mission
• Drive technological advancements to decarbonize global supply chains, establish data sovereignty, and foster the data economy with digital business models & data contracts
• Own the resolution of customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions during core working hours
• Provide clear and constructive communication to customers through various channels, including support tools, email, phone, and video conference
• Collaborate with customer support colleagues to resolve complex issues, offer input for product improvements, and foster a collaborative work environment
• Build-up technical... skills and other professional competencies; participate in training sessions on novel technologies
Your profile
• Proven expertise in customer support role, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction
• Experience in IT and software companies
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools
• Very good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in English is essential, German is a plus
