Residential Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Surveyor to join us on a full-time or part-time permanent basis, ideally based in the Manchester (M) area.

Mason Wright Associates (MWA) are a leading and highly accredited surveying practice operating in the North West and Surrounding Areas of England. MWA are an independent and privately owned surveying company specialising in Residential Surveys and Valuation.

We are a modern, dynamic and highly professional surveying practice of independent Chartered Building Surveyors and Valuers, who all collaboratively work to the success and growth of the company.

We offer a practicable, reliable and friendly service to all our customers and partners. There is complete professionalism in every aspect of our work, from the instruction through to aftercare, with a key focus on delivering extraordinary levels of service.

Ideally being based in the Manchester / North West, you will be responsible for completing RICS Home Surveys and... Valuation reports predominantly in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

As the successful Surveyor you shall be / or have:
• RICS membership (either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
• Minimum 1 years experience undertaking RICS Home Surveys and Valuations
• RICS Qualified Valuer (VRS registered)
• Technical expertise in residential surveying
• Proficient in IT (including MS Office)
• Experience using iPads and applications
• Excellent organisational and prioritising abilities
• Capable of working independently
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
