Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Everyday Banking | Galashiels Country: United Kingdom WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Join our community We are currently recruiting both full & part time permanent roles, our full-time starting salary of £21,220 is made up of a base salary of £19,500, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance. We currently have Customer Experience Advisor positions available within our Branch Network across several locations, in and around the Falkirk, Paisley, Penrith, Ayr, Dumfries, Galashiels and Stranraer area. Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing Answering customer calls into our contact centre Building relationships and finding solutions Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience What you’ll bring. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs It would also be nice for you to have. A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations Ability to grow, adapt and change accommodating business needs and priorities What else you need to know. We know that flexibility is important to our customers and colleagues, that’s why we’re offering our Customer Experience Adviser roles in a variety of work locations and shift patterns. If successful, our Branch role will be based within one of our Branch locations in your area. Wherever possible, if successful you will be offered a role at the Branch within the closest distance of your home address. You may also be required at times to work from home. In a full-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm. If you are interested in a part time role, during the initial training period you would be required to commit to working three 7-hour shifts across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9am - 5pm for your first 3 weeks in role. Following this, you would return to your agreed part time working hours. If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via Zoom. How we’ll reward you.
