They are seeking a Media Buyer who is skilled in strategizing, setting up, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM - 4 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with client goals.
• Pixel Integration and Management: Set up and manage tracking pixels to accurately monitor conversions and user behavior, which is essential for retargeting and understanding campaign effectiveness.
• Platform Proficiency: Utilize experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms to create and manage campaigns, ensuring optimal... visibility and engagement.
• Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed research to segment audiences and create targeted avatars and lookalike audiences for more effective advertising.
• Ad Setup and Optimization: Manage the setup and ongoing adjustment of ad campaigns, including uploading ad content and managing campaign budgets.
• Conversion Optimization: Optimize ads for conversions by implementing effective strategies and conducting continuous A/B testing to determine the most effective approaches.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including lead tracking and attribution, to measure success and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.

• Campaign Efficiency and Growth: You have successfully launched and managed ad campaigns that have significantly increased ROI and customer acquisition for clients.
• Advanced Targeting and Conversion: Through meticulous audience segmentation and conversion optimization strategies, you've enhanced the effectiveness of ad campaigns, leading to higher conversion rates.
• Data-Driven Insights: Your ability to analyze and interpret campaign data has provided valuable insights that have informed strategic decisions and improved campaign outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven Paid Media Experience: Extensive experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in pixel integration, lead tracking, and the use of analytics tools to measure ad performance and user engagement.
• Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop strategic advertising plans that effectively target key audiences and meet client objectives.
• Analytical Skills: Robust analytical capabilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable strategies.
• Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills, capable of creating detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
