A leading intellectual property management company operating in the agriculture sector with a major component of the business focusing on the licensing of plant breeder rights, is looking for an License Reconciliation Administrator to join their Operations, Sales and Marketing team and help them achieve their goals. Your main role will be to administer and maintain the company's licensing data, including reconciling issued licenses against actual plantings, and to provide support to the Operations and Sales teams.

Main duties would include but would not be limited to:
• Liaising with customers, Operations and Sales teams to coordinate customer audit visits and reconciliations
• Reconciling (identifying and resolving discrepancies between) licensing data with actual plantings
• Manage and update customer records and databases with changes
• Communicating reconciliation outcomes to all stakeholders for further action
• Reporting planting information to the finance department for... breeder reporting purposes
• Annual reconciliation of planting information to prepare invoicing instruction to finance team for annual invoicing
• Assisting with reporting requirements to customers and breeders
• Communicate general feedback from customers internally
• General support to Operations and Sales team

Qualifications, experience and competencies required:
• Post Matric/Tertiary qualification
• At least 5 years of work experience in general office administrative role and customer liaison
• At least two years’ experience in the agricultural industry such as nursery, farming, packhouse, import/export etc.
• Proven MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Proven Pastel accounting system proficiency
• Proven data processing experience
• Drivers license
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Interpersonal skills & friendly disposition
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Understanding of common cultivar/variety licensing agreements and data
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Excellent Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Experience dealing with growers recommended
• Good problem-solving skills
• Must take initiative to resolve matters
