Based out of our Düsseldorf office (alternatively Home Office) in Germany.

Renesas is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Graduate Technical Sales Engineer (f/m/d) for our IoT and Infrastructure Group, based in Germany.

The Sales Account Manager will develop Renesas Revenues with a defined set of Customers of regional customers in Germany (in North and West) and based on a product portfolio in Analog, Power and Embedded Processing. The Sales Account Manager will work with Customers through direct relationship and through Renesas Distribution partners.

As a Sales Account Manager, you are the bridge between your customer and many internal business divisions acting as a key interface and voice of the customer. Your primary goal is to win new business through proactive development of the customers and support of their needs.

Your Role:
• Quickly become familiar with Renesas product portfolio
• Interface professionally with customers to understand their technical... needs and challenges
• Identify and pursue new design activity at key customers
• Work collaboratively with the FAE team, marketing, distribution partners and product engineers to define the best solutions for customers
• Learn the process and skills to accurately track and forecast revenue
• Establish and grow relationships across a wide range of customers
• Grow sales funnel and revenue Qualifications

Your Profile:
• Engineering Degree - preferably in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics
• Highly motivated to become a Sales professional in the field of Semiconductor Industries
• First experience in Sales Engineering, Account Management or Field Application Engineering through internships
• Knowledge on semiconductors, especially in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices would be beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
• Accountability for all the task within the Sales role
• Clear and in-time communication and reporting
• Fluent in English and German
• MS-Office skills
• Drivers License is a must
