We are searching for an experienced Senior Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing marketing projects across multiple client accounts and maintaining these relationships. Reporting directly to the Account Director, for a select group of clients you will be the senior point of contact. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all projects from commencement to completion and will co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, balancing client expectations against realistic turnaround times within the agency.

You may sometimes be expected to help plan campaigns and provide input into clients’ business objectives and strategic and tactical operations, in essence becoming a valuable if not indispensable member of the marketing team for the client. At the same time, you will be responsible for successfully developing business and growth within your accounts.
• *Responsibilities**
- Articulates client... business objectives, how our work delivers those objectives, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Fluent in everyday Fundamental Tools and their impact on the business and makes changes that improve efficiency and success. Prioritizes learning Advanced and Strategic Fundamental Tools.
- Supports larger accounts with ownership for a specific area (eg channel or brand) and may be the client lead on a smaller account.
- Develops well-articulated briefs to deliver on client expectations and leads the team to deliver the objectives of the brief.
- Collaborates with Client Lead and/or Hub Lead to grow existing client net revenue including new product activation, new projects, and increased media spending.
- Prioritizes the development of leadership skills to enhance the performance of the team.
- Monitors client health (NPC, NPS) and optimizes it with the help of Project Management and the Capabilities involved.
- Seeks to develop and grow our external partnerships.
• *Requisitos**:

- Has one or more specific areas of expertise such as paid media channels, GMP technology, creative products, or industry verticals. They work to develop this knowledge and feed innovative ideas to help support and grow this area within the business.
- Hold one or more certifications from key partner(s).
- Identifies skills or knowledge gaps of less experienced members of the team and supports them in their development.
- Develops delegation and influencing skills and collaboratively directs the client team towards achieving clients' business goals.
