About the Role:

Prodigy Health’s Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of Independent Pharmacies in the US. In this position, you will be required to work closely with customer service, compliance, procurement, and warehouse members to ensure you are executing the company’s strategy to convert leads into new account opportunities. This pivotal role will be responsible for hitting individual gross profit targets, expanding the current pipeline, and utilizing Salesforce to manage your accounts by selling a large catalog of pharmaceutical medications to independent pharmacies. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business, technical, and relationship-building skills with a hustler’s mentality. S/he will work closely with the business unit’s leader to establish plans and strategies to expand the existing customer base and grow a new customer base. The position is open in Austin, TX.

What you will do:
• Independently manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to an active new account, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct effective prospecting activities to build a robust sales pipeline using effective cold-calling skills.
• Work closely with your internal stakeholders to ensure your client’s needs are met promptly.
• Utilize Salesforce to organize, track, and analyze sales activities.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of your pharmacy's needs so that you can sell in a consultive manner.
• Achieve your daily and monthly sales and productivity targets set by leadership.
• Gain knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry, independent pharmacy sector, and specific Prodigy Health product offerings.

What we are searching for:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Pharmacy Tech experience preferred but not required.
• 1 year of sales or pharmaceutical experience.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).
• Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change in a dynamic, high-growth

Compensation & Benefits:
• $37,500 – $200,000 per year (uncapped)
