Client Description:

Adecco is recruiting a HR Manager for one of the largest retail Romanian company in Bacau

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including recruitment, training for

new staff members, induction training, payroll, HR admin, evaluation system.

Major responsibilities:

 Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

 Develop HR strategies, provide guidance to top management, and ensure HR needs align with

business objectives

 Ensure employment law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development are applied

 Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing

the hiring process

 Managing the training department

 Managing the payroll department

 Determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes

 Design and implement employee retention strategy and evaluation system

 Ensure all job descriptions and... organization chart are up to date

 Anticipate and resolve litigation risks

Important organization relationship:

 Report directly to the CEO and to the Owner

 Cooperate with other relevant departments such as Retail, Finance

Candidate Profile:

 Proven experience as HR Manager in a retail business

 Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

 Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

 Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

 Excellent organizational and leadership skills

 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

 Problem-solving skills and initiative.

 Positive and approachable manner

 Experience in monitoring and driving KPIs.

 The capacity to make quick but rational decisions

 Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
