Job description

I Can Read centres provide English literacy courses for students aged 2 to 12 years old. It is a proven programme trialled in Singapore and overseas and is backed by statistical data. We have successfully taught over 300,000 students. I Can Read is a reputable system which has proven itself over 20 years, is the market leader and is supported by professionals in the field.

Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality performance. Maintain accurate files for auditing
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the organization's employees. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster a positive work culture.
• Drive sales growth and revenue generation
• Improve customer experience and retention. Respond promptly to queries. Assist with customer payments and maintain accurate files for auditing
• Safeguarding of student welfare
• Ensure the centres are... maintained to high standard of cleanliness
• Helping the team to keep classrooms well stocked with required materials and stationery
• Assist with ad hoc duties

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferably from Education, or any other customer centric industries
• Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children
• Professional and courteous manner when communicating with parents/guardians
• Excellent organisation skills
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel
• Willing to work weekends and three weekdays
