What Will You Be Supporting Us With
• Developing new scripts, sales methods, and strategies,
• Managing the daily operations of the call center, including team supervision, task allocation, and performance monitoring,
• Developing and implementing customer service strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and improving quality and operational efficiency indicators,
• Motivating and developing the team, including conducting training, coaching, identifying, and developing talents,
• Monitoring performance indicators, data analysis, and reporting to management.

Your Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial or... outbound call center position,
• Experience in outbound hotline work,
• Excellent managerial skills, the ability to motivate a team, and build a positive work atmosphere,
• Ability to work under time pressure, manage stress, and effectively solve problems,
• Communication and negotiation skills, the ability to communicate effectively both internally and with customers,
• Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level,
• Knowledge of Bulgarian and English at a communicative level.
