Job Responsibility
• To assist the Company Secretaries on the corporate secretarial matters
• Provide corporate secretarial services and advisory work to clients
• Must be computer literate
• Good in oral and written communication
• Able to attend Board meeting

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ ICSA or its equivalent
• Good communication in English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Corporate Secretarial work
