More information can be found at www.redcross.org.nz.

We are guided by our Fundamental Principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality. We help people and communities in New Zealand, the Pacific and around the world in times of need and support them in strengthening their resilience.

Starting with the hiring process, we are committed to having an accessible, diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free work... environment where everyone can reach their full potential. We know that a diverse and inclusive team helps us meet the needs of our clients and we welcome candidates from every ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, age and those with a disability or who have additional mental health needs. Both paid, volunteer and community experience shape the skills and knowledge you bring to your application, so please share this within your application.

Work that benefits you

Creating a flexible and healthy work environment for our teams is important to us. We offer a wide range of in person and virtual roles to suit different operational needs, for casual and / or short-term contracts to full-time, permanent positions.
